FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY: San Antonio -8, 194.5 o/u

PREVIOUSLY...the San Antonio Spurs have won a lot. They're 18-3. Their season is a winning streak of note.

They're playing at a much faster pace than last season, but are still centered around getting about 30 really good minutes from each of Tim Duncan, Manu Ginobili, and Tony Parker and augmenting those contributions with a bunch of above average players (George Hill, Richard Jefferson, DeJuan Blair, Tiago Splitter) and a few role players with specific, useful skills (Antonio McDyess, Matt Bonner, and Summer League fave Gary Neal).

The Atlanta Hawks have not won in San Antonio since Tim Duncan was drafted.

Predictions:
--Josh Smith will miss several jump shots as fans are yelling at their televisions for him to drive to the hoop.
--LD will forget to coach during an entire quarter.
--Al "the boss" Horford will beast against Timmy unless J Collins gets the start.
--Bibby will continue to stroke the three ball

"josh smith will miss several jump shots" ???

uhh have you not been watching him play this season? yes he is still better in the post, but his jump shot has gotten loads better.

spurs wore out the corner 3 tonight, especially in the 4th quarter. Wish the Hawks would try to take advantage of the corner 3 more often, but we don't have the pick and roll attackers off the dribble to take more advantage of that spot. Having Smith out most of the last 18 minutes or so really hurt the defense. Hope we bounce back tomorrow.
