OTHER PERSPECTIVES: Knickerblogger

PREVIOUSLY, THE MIAMI HEAT...lost (again) to the Nets, 113-93, on Saturday night. It was the 19th loss in New York's last 24 games.

The Knicks have two of three against the Hawks this season but not the previous meeting in New York. The Hawks won that one 114-101 on November 11th. The Knicks swept the meetings in Atlanta, winning 114-107 on December 4th and 112-108 (OT) on the first day of this year.

Nate Robinson is gone to Boston, however. Leaving me to worry about Sergio Rodriguez. I mean, if Woodson preferred to have Bibby guard Wilson Chandler (who, you may recall had 24 and 17 on New Year's Day) rather than Chris Duhon in the last meeting, there's little chance Bibby gets Rodriguez tonight. There could be cascading defensive problems again. At least one can count on Al Horford likely dominating David Lee one more time.

Consider this an open thread for all pre-game, in-game, and post-game (but pre-recap) thoughts.

Well if last night wasn't the rock bottom, between the ridiculous loss vs. the knicks and all of the joe johnson conversation, Im scared to see how low this Hawks team will dip.
