OTHER PERSPECTIVES: Queen City Hoops

PREVIOUSLY, THE CHARLOTTE BOBCATS...beat Oklahoma City 100-92 on Wednesday night. It was Charlotte's sixth win in seven games, a streak which includes wins over both the Lakers and the Magic. The Bobcats, however, remain a terrible team on the road, winning just 10 of 34 away from home so far this season.

The Hawks and Bobcats have split their previous two meetings this season with the home team winning both games. The Bobcats won in Charlotte 103-83 on November 6th. The Hawks won 103-89 in Atlanta on January 22md.

Consider this an open thread for all pre-game, in-game, and post-game (but pre-recap) thoughts.

Hawks vs. Bobcats, or the Southeasts most low-key Rivalry...Given that both teams have stars dealing with nagging injuries (Wallace and Johnson), this should be a closer battle than Atlanta would hope for, but given that they managed to maintain a solid scoring average over the two games JJ was out, with his assistance included the Hawks should squeek this one out, though I see Charlotte being able to cover the most gracious of spreads easily...
