ReplyDeleteAnd here I thought that this offseason was a complete no brainer for any GM and even our ownership group. Resign the Joshes and try to find a bargain by adding cheap bench players. I'm not really brimming with confidence. Is Josh Smith going to leave because he hates Mike Woodson? Did Rick Sund choose a failing head coach over two of the teams four best players?

ReplyDeleteFurthermore, I think his willingness to waive the right to pick the head coach is precisely why he got the job.
It's ownership that entered the off-season with insultingly modest goal of keeping together a 37-win team. They've failed to do even that.
