He's an active defender with length, and he's a decent ball handler who doesn't force things. He rebounds pretty well for a small forward. If he could knock down the occasional open jumper, he'd have a perfectly balanced game.

If it were up to me, I'd take Gilder on the condition that he takes something like 15,000 jumpshots between now and training camp under the supervision of an assistant coach.Bronnthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11706422637764110117noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8912756.post-68555172668026651012010-07-19T16:10:58.863-04:002010-07-19T16:10:58.863-04:00I can't see how signing James Augustine would ...I can't see how signing James Augustine would be any worse than resigning Joe Smith.

Plus, I would watch every minute of a garbage time unit of Teague, Crawford, Mario, Augustine, and Zaza. So much hustle that it'd be endearing to watch.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13914303233835160937noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8912756.post-11267865470559242082010-07-19T15:36:31.517-04:002010-07-19T15:36:31.517-04:00I would have to disagree with you on pape Sy. Yeah...I would have to disagree with you on pape Sy. Yeah he struggled in the first few minutes of the 1st game. But I think he is Mario West with better ball handling and ability to score.
I LOVE his activity on the court. That quality is highly desirable in the NBA- HIGH ENERGY GUYS... Go back and look at the way he is always talking and motioning guys when he is on the court. He would definitely be a good back up in 1 or 2 years.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06493039860236957982noreply@blogger.com
